REGISTRATION

* The member fee applies only to members of FELASA , ECLAM , ESLAV and ICLAS (national and scientific) member associations.
** A document confirming work in the field of animals needs to be provided.
*** The student fee is only applicable for students at the university/college level and registrants need to be under or at the age of 26 at the time of the congress. A document confirming the date of birth and student status signed by the university/school/college needs to be provided.
**** One-day tickets may only be purchased once and are only valid for the particular day chosen.

In-Person registration fees include

• admission to all scientific sessions and the poster area
• admission to the Tech Day on Wednesday, June 15, 2022
• admission to commercial sessions
• admission to the industry exhibition
• admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail on Monday, June 13, 2022
• congress materials
• refreshments – coffee breaks and lunch
• access to the virtual congress platform and live streaming (English only) from the plenary hall during the whole duration of FELASA 2022
• access to recordings of all sessions taking place in Les Goudes 1 available after 24-48 hrs
• access to recordings of the Tech Day taking place on June 15, 2022:
  • recording of the Tech Day in English available after 24 hrs
  • recording of the Tech Day in French, German, Italian and Spanish available after the congress
• online access to the e-poster area

Virtual registration fees include

• access to the virtual congress platform and live streaming (English only) from the plenary hall during the whole duration of FELASA 2022
• access to recordings of all sessions taking place in Les Goudes 1 available after 24-48 hrs
• access to recordings of the Tech Day taking place on June 15, 2022:
  • recording of the Tech Day in English available after 24 hrs
  • recording of the Tech Day in French, German, Italian and Spanish available after the congress
• online access to the e-poster area

The Deadline for online pre-registration is June 12, 2022. Registration and payments will be available onsite at the registration counter after this date. Onsite registration is possible throughout the entire congress during the opening hours of the registration counter.

Cancellations must be made in writing to the congress secretariat, Mondial Congress & Events. If received before Monday, Feb. 21, 2022, all fees, except for a cancellation handling fee of € 40,- net will be refunded. No refunds will be made after this date.
For name changes of changes of registration type (virtual or live attendance) a modification fee of € 25,- net will be charged. A Registration type can always be changed from in-person to virtual attendance, however, price differences in registration fees will not be refunded after Monday, Feb. 21, 2022.
Delays or modifications in the programme, caused by whatever reason, do not entitle to reimbursement of registration fees.

The FELASA congress is a scientific event, and only scientific topics will be discussed during the congress. Participants should refrain from any political statement or discrimination; disregard can lead to exclusion at the congress.

Group registration is possible if your company/institute invites several participants to FELASA 2022 and needs one collective invoice for the registrations. For group registrations, we kindly ask you to contact the congress secretariat via email to arrange further forms and details: felasa2022@mondial-congress.com
